Who This Is For
- Buyers who primarily want strong stretch and recline positioning rather than full hip/glute coverage
- Users interested in inversion-style positioning and extension programs
- People who like controlling the chair from a phone instead of a large tablet controller
- Anyone wanting a balance between automatic programs and some manual adjustment
This model works well for users focused on back mobility and posture-style sessions more than full-body intensity.
What Sets It Apart
- Near-flat S-Track with inversion positioning emphasizes body extension rather than long-track hip coverage
- Waist twist and stretch programs focus on positioning instead of roller pressure alone
- Truefit body scan adjusts roller position automatically for different users
- Smartphone app control allows quick operation without navigating menus on the chair
- Triple foot rollers provide continuous sole contact rather than compression only
Compared to L-Track models, the Smart Chair X3 focuses on stretch and spinal positioning over glute massage coverage.
Delivery & Use Expectations
- Requires extra front and rear clearance due to deep recline positions
- Ships in large cartons and usually needs two people to move into place
- Body scan runs at the start of sessions for alignment
- Most owners use preset stretch programs and occasionally customize routines
Best suited for a dedicated location where full recline and extension can be used regularly.
